Product Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

IT DevOps Engineer, Limassol, Cyprus

Job Description

The company is looking for DevOps Engineer to join the company to support internal operations and infrastructure. The right candidate will have a passion and flair for deploying and scaling distributed applications in an automated and continuous environment. You will work on our growing infrastructure using modern tools and working closely with developers to achieve high levels of scalability and sustainability.

The role

Maintain a Linux based, with Java applications environment including RHEL, Centos, Tomcat, WebLogic, within multi-data center environment on-premises and cloud-based using DevOps pipelines and automation.

Design and implementing new services based on requirements.

Working efficiently in an Agile environment collaborating with Operations and developer’s teams.

Customer Relations Manager (Account Management Team)

What Challenges you will focus on:

  • Handling the incoming leads from the viewpoint of a Strategic Consultant: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. You will act as the human dimension of Cardpay’s product, delivering expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and execute on a comprehensive, global payments strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at your merchants and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience.

KYC and AML Support Specialist

Due to our current and continuous growth we are currently looking to recruit a KYC and AML Support Specialist with strong regulatory experience to join our AML Department, to strategically assist in further business development and be a part of a leading financial institution. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and timely customer due diligence and KYC  reviews
  • Establish for each file reviewed a “deficiency list” covering both documentation and account profile
  • Facilitating the collection of customer due diligence (CDD) documentation with Relationship Managers and clients.
  • Update and/or maintenance of customer information in internal systems
  • KYC file/documents control
  • Liaise with other Departments to ensure smoothness of the process and timely responses to AML requests
  • Effective implementation of AML/CTF requirements
  • Monitoring and keeping up to date of various black and sanction lists
  • Reporting to Team Leader

Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar position in banking or similar financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EU AML/CTF regulations. Knowledge of Cyprus regulations is a plus, but not a requirement.
